I was using the article to disprove that claim. Most people don't get arrested for specific crimes, they get arrested for acting stupid in public, the arresting officer figures out the crime later. Carrying a sword for no reason certainly qualifies as "creating a disturbance", at the least, and will get you arrested. . Since you don't have a sword, you can test this by going out in public carrying a baseball bat, or a live chicken, or dressed as Spiderman, and seeing how long it takes to attract attention. --- If ballet was easy, it would be pointe-less ...
