Haha. A regular at the well of suffering!

I don't blame you, Cold Stone is good.

But since dairy doesn't sit well there are some really good dairy-free ice cream options. ben & Jerry's new vegan ice cream is dairy free and made with almond milk (and coconut oil it seems). The PB & Cookie is probably my favorite flavor of theirs out of all the regular & vegan options. And no distress!

You know it's suffering when even the person who dealt it, is repulsed lol.. But I'm going to try a vegan ice cream now, better to find a substitute early. D;

Out here in Alberta where it's cattle country vegetarian is a dirty word. Vegan, well, you just don't utter the phrase. And I'm in a small town where many restaurants have one vegetarian option if that. So no more food out for me. Unless I visit Edmonton, and a few of the vegan restaurants are already my favorites so more reason to visit 'em!

I'm just honestly really kind of tired of eating animal products and I can't reconcile eating them vs. supporting animal welfare or the environment. If having that in my diet means I'm still B12 deficient, screw it, supplements work.

Wow, I had no idea it was like that up there.. :O I'm hoping the vegetarian option in cattle country, isn't just a Veggie burger heh.
