Again, you can't reliably judge height on a bike; it's hard enough to accurately gauge height while somebody is just sitting in a chair. You're always going to be off by a margin. Plus height evaluations are relative to your own height. It's not like they're sticking a tape measure next to the person.

Im not saying you can accurrately say she is 5'2 while she is on a bike. Maybe you think she could be 5'5, but you should accurrately be able to say she is not 5'10. That is a large difference even on a bike.

Except you can't. When a bike is in motion, you might be able to tell the difference between 7' and 5', but within 8 inches would be extremely tough even with a stopped bike. And again, nobody just knows what these heights look like, as you demonstrated by getting two peoples' heights wrong. 5'10 isn't exceptionally tall nor is 5'2 exceptionally short. When on a bike, their heights look reasonably similar where you could easily mistake it at a glance.

And, in general, if I saw a 5'10" person, I'd assume his height could be as low as 5'5" -- because all I know is that he's a good deal shorter than me -- and somebody who's 5'2" I might think is as tall as 5'5". Seeing them side by side would make the difference obvious, but they weren't looking at two people side by side. They were looking at one person on a bike.
