You're always going to be off by a margin. Plus height evaluations are relative to your own height. It's not like they're sticking a tape measure next to the person. Im not saying you can accurrately say she is 5'2 while she is on a bike. Maybe you think she could be 5'5, but you should accurrately be able to say she is not 5'10.
