Actually, it WAS still Disney's fault. If not for Disney, the show would have kept going. If Disney hadn't come along, the show would have continued. Had Disney worked out a deal, the show would have kept going. The status quo was for the show to keep going. Disney was the disruption which ended the greatest cartoon iteration of Spidey of all time.
