I guess there are cell-phone type batteries, but I don't think they last very long. we need some kind of really dense power storage or power generation. micro-fusion cells or whatever. We already have wireless power chargers along with of course solar panels etc. If we were a society that ran on electricity, we would have power available as readily as internet access is right now. Robots could easily set that up in no time. That is not even counting things like having battery centers where robots could swiftly just replace their battery with a new one (that then charges), so all you need to do is quickly stop somewhere every few hours and grab a new battery (depending on the size the robots could actually always carry a spare, giving them quite a decent amount of time before needing to replace them). --- Proud member of the Arv The Great is great fan club!!!
