Create a program meant to protect humanity and give it access to the internet (in order to look for potential threats, or solutions to problems). It wouldn't take long before such a program would realize that all the threats are coming from humans and specifically from technology they are using. Logic would dictate that removing those threats is the best way to ensure humanities survival, so the program could start working towards taking over/using all technology to police mankind and ensure their survival and safety. There are plenty of defensive programs out there already, it just takes one that comes to this logical conclusion and we are all ruled by our supreme robot overlords. --- Proud member of the Arv The Great is great fan club!!!
