Lol, no, I'm no tin love with either of them, and still just getting to know them really. I just think they would be awesome roomates.

The girl that moved in just moved out last weekend (Still has stuff downstairs that she needs to move to her new place).

She didn't work out. She was just too messy, needed to borrow money constantly etc. We are still friends and she still comes over to chat etc, just won't be living here anymore.

Kinda on the fence about having anyone else live here, and won't, unless it's someone I like/think we would have fun living near each other etc.

It's more like choosing your downstairs neighbor, then actually a roomate, as it's like a whole different apartment downstairs. I literally didn't see my last roomate all week a few times as she stayed out late to drink often.

There is no reason why we would ever have to interact, if we didn't want to, but, if we did, there is a large living room upstairs with a huge entertainment center where we could get together whenever we wanted to play video games etc. The dining room where we play DnD every other sunday is upstairs as well (and like last night we are currently just playing a side quest with just the 3 of us once a week as well).

So we are already getting together at least 1 1/2 times a week (3 times every 2 weeks), and when we do, it's usually for 6+ hours.

Yeah, living with someone certainly changes things, but again, this is more like choosing who you live above, not who you live in the same apartment with. We would never share a bathroom, wouldn't even need to share the kitchen (or fridge), we would have to share the laundry room, but people in apartments do that all the time.

Meanwhile they have a freakton of video games as well (and even have the switch which I don't have yet and was thinking of getting eventually), they love/have the same kind of books as me (so we like have endless hours of dicsussions about various series/characters etc), like the same tv shows/movies as me (so we could probably watch quite a few together if we wanted in the upstairs living room and we are looking forward to playing an MMO together eventually.

So yeah, they would make a pretty perfect couple to have live downstairs (or upstairs if I decided to move downstairs (it's cooler down there, and you can hear the rain better from the bedroom, but the kitchen is better upstairs and I like to cook).

Still not 100% sure though that I even want to have anyone move in (even if they are a perfect fit), and more importantly even if they did want to, it's a risk to give up something like what they have (free or reduced rent) to move somewhere else. It would probably be more expensive for them here even just paying for utilities etc, if they are not paying rent, since it's so much larger (and many apartments have deals on utilities/cable etc).

The wife's only job is managing the apartment, and the husband is a manager at gamestop, but seriously, that can't pay that much, so I don't think they are rolling in money.
