The thing is, there's a world of difference between "I like visiting this house" and "I'd like to rent part of this house." If they were actively looking for a nicer place to rent, then maybe you'd have something, but even then, as a married couple, they probably don't want to live with anyone but each other (presuming that's how they're living now). --- This is my signature.
