Topic	This 19 y/o Black Girl was BEATEN by COPS who thought she was a 5'10 BALD MAN!!!

Everything aside, no matter what she looked like, unless they have a good reason to believe that she too, had a machete, any level of force is unacceptable. It will probably never go anywhere but she needs to sue anyway. Keep in mind that this is just her account.
