You don't need a warrant for a street search. You don't even need it for a search of a car. mrduckbear posted... The real suspect was 24 y/o Douglas Washington who now in jail.. Would need to see the photo of the guy, which is why this is #FakeNews She looks kinda like a dude in those photos and, if she was on a bike, they wouldn't be able to tell her height as well. The only thing is the hair, but -- and I haven't seen any alleged video yet -- it's possible that she could have been wearing something on her head.
