Green’s lawyer called the ruling by the state Supreme Court “frustrating and surprising.” He pointed out that many of the accusations had long been public, and yet voters overwhelmingly reelected Green as a Harris County justice of the peace. WTF is wrong with people? You are talking about a country that voted in a man with three bankruptcies, who dodged the draft, and openly and proudly admitted to sexual assault. Are you really shocked that a judge who smokes pot and has affairs would get elected? She seems pretty tame by comparison. He's never declared bankruptcy, he didn't "dodge" the draft, and his locker room talk referred to CONSENSUAL acts (hence the "they let you").
