Needless to say the job in retail lasted the longest. It's strange that I generally don't like people and find them boring yet when dealing with most customers I found myself enjoying it. It's probably because they needed my help and it made me feel good knowing that. Must have worked at a better retailer than I did. After working retail for part of hs and college, I was more than motivated to try for real work so I would never wind up there again.
