I know Ramza chews him up and spits him out once he gets enhancements, but I still feel Zargy brings enough to the table to not be a waste of a unit slot. Strong stat buffs, decent MP battery that compliments Tilith's high MP costs, I've used him a lot to clear both Henne Mines and Mog King when I can't rely on a carry.
