I am going to type up a draft, proofread it/stew on it tomorrow, then think about it some more, then when i feel I have a complete copy in my hands, going to go into the store and over the course of a few days get signatures from all the customer service managers, service desk employees, loss prevention, and select cashiers who know what she is up to(comes in mainly at night...daylight people might not see her). ...
