OK, for all of my special guests, here is a tldr version.
An otaku wakes up in a video game like fantasy world as a renowned hero with a beautiful princess fawning over him (wish fulfilment), a stoic pretty boy as his best friend(fujo/shipping bait), pretty boy's lewd older sister flirting with him (fan service), a thousand year old white mage loli who enjoys running experiments on him (fan service), her adorable but wise cracking mouse (marketable mascot/comic relief), and a mercenary rival with dark powers and a giant black wolf(edge factor) who are on a quest to stop an evil empire with a mysterious general (long running secret to keep people coming back even if they hate the show, just to see how it resolves).
It has everything it needs to be the next hit.
This has definitely already been made, because I'm pretty sure I've seen at least five different parodies or variants of it. ---
