Eating healthy is not expensive. You can easily find cheap produce and or purchase staples in bulk. My grocery bill is like $40 a week or less for breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks by meal planning and prepping.

Men eat more than women generally and can't survive on just produce. A healthy meal with a decent amount of protein and what have you is gonna cost you

We spend $100 a week for both my boyfriend and me. He eats around 3500 a calories a day. No one said anything about "just produce." Meal planning can save you a ton of money. Eating healthy doesn't need to be any more expensive than eating unhealthy.

Well, that's why I was saying time management had a lot to do with it. I basically work a job and a half so the last thing I ever feel like doing is prepping for meals so eating healthy for me would definitely be costly

Time management has nothing to do with the argument it's too expensive. Once someone debunks it's too expensive the next argument is always "I don't have time." If you don't have thirty minutes on a Sunday to plan your groceries I don't know what to tell you. That's your personal choice but it doesn't make eating healthy inaccessible. It makes it not a priority for you.
