| The Wave Master 06/22/17 11:10:31 AM #24: | Opie is taking over directing duties of the Han Solo movie from Chris Lord and Phil Miller. A couple of thoughts come to mind. 1. Ron Howard was just laying around with no projects in the fire so he could be brought in so easily to finish this movie? 2. He was bought in mighty damn quick for a sudden "Firing" by Kathleen Kennedy over at Disney. Meaning this was coming for s while and Opie was on notice a few weeks or even months ago. Seemed kind of planned to me. I wonder how this movie is going to turn out now as they have 11 months left to get it all done.
