There are some better cash back rewards, I have one from my bank that gives 2% on groceries etc, and 5% on 2 specific types of purchases (travel/electronics/department stores/cell phone plans etc). It also provides protection for your cell phone and will replace it for free if it gets damaged (as long as you pay for the plan on your credit card).

It's 1% on everything, 2% on like 3 things (including groceries), and 5% on 1-2 things.

5% though is pretty freaking good. Even the 2% on all your groceries is pretty swag though to be honest.

I didn't bother to get a credit card till recently, but just on groceries i'll save a decent amount. Got it two months ago or so and already have like 60$ cash back on it...not spending any more then I normally do. Ain't complaining about an extra $30 a month.
