Think of it like waiting for a web page to load on slow ass internet. My phone isn't top of the line but it crushes the requirements for this game and has no issues with anything else relating to the game. Internet seems unlikely as it occurs even on work Wifi with like 10mb down. I can sometimes get it to do it by constantly backing out and reloading the annoucement but yeah. Maybe one of my updates got screwed up but I don't really wanna reinstall just for the announcements to work. I just have to go to the wiki instead. --- No problem and congratulation!
