You don't ever have to touch a kid to be a pedophile. One is an action the other is a desire. It doesn't matter that you're perving out to drawings. The desire for the form of the child is there. But you can't be a murderer without actually killing someone. It's great that you aren't out there actually touching kids, which would make you a child molester.
