You can not really talk, other then making some sounds sorta sound like words (if someone was patient and you got their attention you might be able to communicate simple words). What do you do? I will say there are other ways to communicate that you could use. You could for instance probably hit keys on a keyboard once by one, writing might not work too well though, and you certainly can't use a phone.
