They will NOT report it as a "terrorist attack", because it would offend Muslims. Sort of how they called the perpetrator of the Ariana Grande bombing a "soccer fan" and a "Briton", when he was the son of two immigrants from Libya, who fled when Muammar Gaddafi took power (and he had most terrorists killed, if caught), and they only returned when he was killed back in 2011. He went to Libya several years later to partake in other terrorist activities.
