The car, believed to be a B&Q vehicle, was reportedly veering in an 'S shape' at 500mph across the bridge and has driven towards the Shard and is south of the river. The drivers have not been caught.

Sort of how they called the perpetrator of the Ariana Grande bombing a "soccer fan" and a "Briton", when he was the son of two immigrants from Libya, who fled when Muammar Gaddafi took power (and he had most terrorists killed, if caught), and they only returned when he was killed back in 2011. He went to Libya several years later to partake in other terrorist activities.

When the mainstream media was faced to tell of his real origins, they buried it.

If that's what happened it is. What I am saying is that the only thing confirmed so far are the people struck by vehicles and the police firing shots. Not throat slitting. There also seem to be three total incidents at the moment and it's probably very chaotic in the area.
