19 y/o Heifer and Teen PROSTITUTE, Jasmin Absolun won 1 MILLION from the city after she was the centre of a sex scandal with the Oakland Police Department!!

She is the daughter of a police dispatcher who slept wih 24 police officers oveer several years since she was 16 and went under the name Celeste Guap and said some of the coppers paid her as well.

It was uncovered last year when she shared the allegations publicly after she was tied to the suicide of one of the police officers and several other cops were fired as a result.

She was awarded 989,000 in court, a fraction of the 66 million she was asking for

Councilwoman Rebecca Kaplan said "It is time to pay the settlement agreement to let this young woman get on with her life and her healing, but also for Oakland to step up and change the culture in the police dept and change how we recruit and train our officers"

She identified herself after the 2015 suicide of one of the officers involved and claimed to have slept with dozens of thepolice officers across the city and some encouraged her to KEEP working on the streets.

She said one of the cops tried to act as her pimp, renting her out a hotel room and telling her what to wear to clients. Jasmin had sex with another man in his car and warned her not to go to some hot spots where undercover cops were working in.

7 of them were charged criminally for their involvement and only one has plead guilty so far.

Prosecutors claimed some of the men gave her CHEETOS in exchange for sex.

Jasmin no longer works as a hooker and her mother never spoke publicly of the case.

Officer Brendan O'Brien killed himself in 2015 after she threatened to EXPOSE him on the fact that they had sex when she was 17
