He begins screaming at whoever is on the other line, walking towards the parking garage. From out of nowhere, Strife slides up behind him with a plastic bag, and begins suffocating Watson, before tying a rope around his neck. Strife knees him in the back, strangling him, and drags him through the parking lot.
