Both of those would be gone if you take the second job and in 10 months or so, you could start looking for another job, and probably get much better offers. If you did not find one, you would likely be able to extend your contract and get a significant raise, probably making more over 2 years from the second job than the first. I'd say go with the second job for sure. It'll get you experience without locking you in for 3 years. In this case a longer contract is really not in your interest (as they are locking you in at a low wage).
