Topic	How do you deal with someone addicted to a certain recreational substance?

I live in California, and as long as I got like $60 I can walk into a clinic, say I'm depressed or have chronic pain, and get my card right then and there. Doctors don't give a fuck. And that's exactly what he did. The quacks handing it out left and right in this state is ridiculous. --- FFVII Remake: A disaster in the making.
