Topic	Oh, cool! Steam bugged out and gave me a month of subscription time on EVE.

Instead they charged my card without any sort of confirmation or even notice that a payment went through. I literally added $20 to my Steam account right before then! Why didn't they take it off that like I intended?! Guess I need to contact the cancer that is Steam support again. Had they actually accidentally given me a month free by mistake, I wouldn't have felt any guilt about it. I lost a lot of friends because I couldn't log in because their system bugged out and they refused to hire a support team. If they make a mistake that leaves you off worse, it doesn't matter. If they make a mistake that leaves them worse, they will do everything they can to fix it. Only money matters. Hell, they are even blocking cross region gifting now if the gifter has a lower price. All to stop any sort of trading.
