Topic	How do you deal with someone addicted to a certain recreational substance?

Try to meet in the middle with him, you gotta understand that everyone processes things differently but if that really is his outlook on life then he does either need some tough love or to go to more counseling or something. I'm a recovering drug addict and to miss a sibling's graduation over MARIJUANA makes no **ing sense to me. Yeah when you do it a lot it sucks to not be stoned sometimes but it's not like he's dopesick going through heroin or benzo withdrawals.
