It didn't seem that great to me, but I will say SyFy seems like it's gotten a little better than it used to be. She also watched Dark Matter and that one was actually pretty decent. Might check out Dark Matter The Expanse is like... the most visually awesome science fiction series I've seen. It's pretty good overall. The characters are interesting, the story and science are believable, and it has enough mystery to be compelling. I almost missed the Adam Savage cameo.
