Because it implies they're either a regularly used account that is constantly losing karma to moderations (meaning they're a blatant troll), or they're an account that a more regular user only pulls out of storage when they want to troll (meaning they're a subtle troll)." i imagine it wouldnt have been hard to create an army of 100+ accounts back in the day if you wanted, so yeah this is true. ...
