I've been in your situation and I chose the girl.

Guess what happened. She turned out to be a manipulative bitch. I rightly feel like an idiot for not seeing that coming twenty miles away. A friend I had been hanging with since I was 8 is now gone. She and him are still together (because he doesn't have sense I guess) and their corrupt insanity probably continues to this day but I don't communicate with either of them.

You can either wait for undeniable proof and bust her out and keep a friend or move forward with a woman you can't trust and eventually have neither of them. It's your call.
