It means they don't have to pay their employees overtimes pay, and by offering paid time off they also don't have to give the employee the ability to use that paid time off whenever they want, they could even have time limits on that paid time off so the employee won't have much time to use it. That way it's "fair" while being not fair and saving the business money, It's amazing change for businesses and especially corporations, they could gain millions from this. --- I got nothing ...
