I'm in the 160s now, and have been for about a year, but I looked like a St. Lawrence beluga in this one photo I saw the other day. It made me realize why people I don't see often kept asking me if I'd lost weight. I didn't notice it until Sea World's finest appeared in the photo. Muscle mass does make a difference as well though, which wasn't an excuse I could use. My advice is to skip a meal each day and limit your sugar intake.
