Misconceptions aside, dieting is for losing weight, workout is for your health and well being.

Both are good, but I see all the time people who are overweight going out and running and I just feel like people have a limit on willpower and focusing on both at the same time causes people to fail. Working out helps mentally, which might give you more motivation, but don't try to run off the calories you ate for dinner.

It's like people work out and then they feel the need to reward themselves with food, and then they fail to lose any weight, get discouraged and quit, which gives them a hopeless attitude so they give up all because they're not educated.

I've taken medication that's killed my appetite as a side effect. If there weren't so many scams out there it might be an easy fix. America's view on obesity is so skewed it's no wonder there are so many obese people. It's almost like even doctors don't take it seriously.

Best diet you can do for yourself is by eating mainly fruits and vegetables. There's no feasible limit on how many fruits and vegetables you can eat and gain weight from it.
