| Topic | My roomate is driving a car with expired tags and no insurance:( |

Thing is, she still needs to register it (she hadn't driven it for 6+ months and the tags expired 2 months ago) AND it is not currently insured either. I'm not her father/mother but if she gets pulled over, couldn't they impound her car? She also just spend all her money fixing it (and needed to borrow $60 from me), so she doesn't have any left, and won't have any to get tags or insurance till the end of the month.
