adjl 04/15/17 12:44:50 PM #8: | If there's limited paid sick leave, it's fine, because that's leave that's already been accounted for and they're making a choice to use it for that at risk of not having it when they need it. If it's unpaid sick leave, then it's also fine, because they're making a choice to lose a day's pay. If they're taking that leave at inconvenient times, that's another problem, but capable workers can typically ensure they aren't disrupting anything too badly. --- This is my signature.
