Topic	Do you actually get 8 hours of sleep?

I range between 4 to 10 hours depending on the day. same here. i work midnights and sleeping sucks. usually i can't fall asleep and once i do i wake up multiple times. so usually it's around 5-6. then sometimes i'll just be so tired from work and the lack of sleep i'll sleep like 8-9 hours. <cite>creativeme posted [p:877230429] in Do you act...
