I average about 6 hours, most of the time going to bed near 1 am. I am trying to get about 7 hours going forward.

I try to go above and beyond to ensure my 8+ hours a night. My friends call me crazy. I like the feeling of being well rested.

i get 9 hrs daily because i dont have morning classes. 8 hrs feels insufficient to me

Recently, stress and medication turned my sleep hours to 1-2 hours a night for the past 3 weeks

This morning i thought i was talking to someone i met a decade ago. I was asking how the family was and everything but the person wouldnt talk to me.

Depends. On Saturday/Sunday probably not. Have to be up at like 6:30-7 and I probably don't get to bed till like 11. But in Monday-Wednesday yeah cause I start 2 hours later. Can fall asleep at midnight and still make that.

same here. i work midnights and sleeping sucks. usually i can't fall asleep and once i do i wake up multiple times. so usually it's around 5-6. then sometimes i'll just be so tired from work and the lack of sleep i'll sleep like 8-9 hours.

I get around 6 to 7, i usually wake up early and doze off 2 more hours if that happens
