I'm 6'3, 210lbs, ~8%bf

Yeah that's not overweight, might be too much muscle but not overweight in the traditional fat sense

In fact, I'd kill for your height. Stuck at 5'10" which is pretty great for an Asian but I'd like to be taller

Yeah, pretty much, hence me having a 30in waist. According to bmi I'm overweight (lol bmi... 240lbs and I'm considered obese =D)

I always find it funny when someone scoffs at BMI when they clearly don't know its purpose. Is BMI useful as a measure for individuals? No - it wasn't developed for that purpose.

BMI was developed for population studies (exactly what this is), which it does quite well. I don't really care if you, as an individual, are 'actually healthy' despite BMI saying otherwise. That just shows me that you miss the entire point.

Another thing people seem to miss - BMI is more likely to classify people in a 'healthy' category when they are unhealthy rather than vice versa. It wouldn't surprise me even a bit if there are actually more Americans that are overweight than the study actually shows.
