When you see a movie on TV it means it's licensed to be shown on TV, meaning the content owner has already given you express permission to view it "for free"). You know what I would do as a creative person that charges money for my work if someone told me they wanted to have my stuff because they find it interesting, but not interesting enough to pay for? I'd tell them to hit the bricks, as politely as possible.
