They even banned Heavy Storm. Although, since trap cards are way less common than spells now and Counters are mainly created by monsters that negate effects/destroy rather than spells/traps (which are mostly used to search or help summon said monsters), cards like Mystical Space Typhoon and the newer Twin Twisters are unlimited. Raigeki got unbanned, though, if that tells you anything about how fast the game has got. Blowing up your opponent's entire field is A-ok I love it and probably always will, but it hasn't been handled as well as it could have been. Pendulum is pretty balanced, but Xyz completely reshaped Yugioh forever. I'm used to it now, but when I first came back to Yugioh I almost quit again because of how crazy it is to someone who grew up in GX era. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
