Topic	Who here actually thinks dropping bombs on the Daesh or terrorists will work?

We'll put the fear of death into those suicide bombers yet. I think you misunderstand the motivation behind suicide bombings. The goal is to take down heretics/enemies by sacrificing yourself. Thus you are rewarded. However being killed and not taking the enemy with you brings no reward. There's a big fuckin difference. I think you're reading more of a difference into it than there actually is. Hamas leaders killed by Israeli rockets or bombs are traditionally glorified as "martyrs" by the movement, because the important thing is to fall as a fighter in the cause of jihad but not necessarily always in the act of battle.
