Honestly, that's not the weirdest thing about marriage here. When my wife and I went to get our license, the clerk had us raise our hands and swear that, to the best of our knowledge, we were not already family members. Don't even need a blood test, I just have to tell some random dude at the courthouse that I'm pretty sure I'm not marrying my sister, and we're good to go. Trying really hard out here to avoid incest, huh.
