However, if you were running hills everyday then you probably would see some improvement. I'm trying not to work out my calves as much as other parts in my legs/glutes Or, to put it better, I think the previous exercises I've been doing have been targeting my calves more so than other parts. For instance, I would do calf raises while holding 30 pound dumbbells on each hand, and I was pretty good at it too (I could do like over 30/40 reps).
