Topic | CE can you help me with my legs (body insecurity problem) |

I'm currently working out a bit (weights and jogging) and I'm eating better than before Anyway, I have fairly thick (thicc) legs. Namely, my calves are pretty big, and it's probably because I was more overweight when I was younger. Here's my question: will jogging make the calves bigger or smaller? And what about running uphill? The neighborhood park I go to has a large uphill which I enjoy since I get to challenge myself on it but I'm hesitant about making my calves any bigger than they already are.
