I loved the movie, it went from this feeling of hopelessness in the beginning to a cathartic feeling by the end. Granted I would've preferred is maybe a single one of the sub plots was actually concluded or given closure but the fact that it was all left open like that is kind of the point I guess.

The funniest part of the movie was when Matthew Broderick showed up out of nowhere.

Are you just commenting on the significance of the role? He didn't just show up out of nowhere, he just had a relatively small part with little screen time.
