And like I said, they all had reasons to be delayed. Again, Uncharted 4 flat out takes a lot out of the theory that they intentionally shy away from holiday releases

Just like I'm sure God of War and Days Gone will have their reasons.

How does Uncharted 4 disprove anything? It was announced with a vague '2015 window'
Then it got a release date of March 2016
Then it got hit by two more delays.
It's just how it goes sometimes. I'm sure March was their ideal release date they targeted when the game really was taking shape.

If those release September-Early October there's still plenty of time for them. Especially since most people will end up buying their games anyway, especially around holiday season. CoD didn't stop many if any from buying FFXV.

Final Fantasy doesn't have the same market as God of War. I just don't see them messing with a March release for the franchise since it's worked out well for them so far for God of War. This year it will be competing with Destiny 2, Battlefront 2, Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed on the Playstation alone. It can't avoid all of them.

Spider-man is on a level that a holiday release would be fine but I don't think that will be ready.
