I'm not sure if God of War releasing during the busy season is smart. March is probably better for it. If Days Gone and God of War are set to release at a similar time I suppose it's possible. Most of those delays had reasoning though. Definitely doesn't seem intentional. Especially with things like Uncharted getting delayed even further.
